These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("User," "Player," "you") and jilko ("jilko," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilko.club ("Platform"). 3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of jilko Casino services, you must register a personal account ("Account"). Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You represent and warrant that all registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jilko is required to verify the identity of all registered players prior to processing any withdrawal request and periodically thereafter. You agree to provide, upon request, the following documentation:

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the jilko Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. jilko reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void all pending and settled bets associated with duplicate accounts, retaining any deposits made to such accounts.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jilko immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. jilko will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your jilko Account must be made using an approved payment method. Currently accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. jilko reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with notice posted on the Platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 Philippine Pesos. Deposits are credited to your jilko Account balance in Philippine Pesos. jilko does not accept deposits in foreign currencies without prior arrangement.

jilko does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified under your jilko Account. Deposits made by third parties will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for funds that have been credited to your Account balance and are not subject to any pending wagering requirement. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 Philippine Pesos.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. jilko reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. jilko aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions, though processing times cannot be guaranteed.

jilko reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Such reviews may temporarily delay processing while compliance obligations are fulfilled.

4.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on jilko are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). jilko is not responsible for currency conversion costs, fees, or losses arising from the use of payment methods that operate in currencies other than PHP.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All wagers placed on jilko Casino are subject to these Terms and any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict, game-specific rules will prevail over these general Terms with respect to the specific game.

Bets can only be placed using the available balance in your jilko Account. jilko does not extend credit to players. A wager is final and binding once confirmed by the Platform and may not be cancelled, altered, or withdrawn except as expressly permitted by applicable game rules.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

5.3 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a malfunction of any game software, hardware, or system, all affected wagers for the relevant round will be void and all stakes will be returned to the respective player Accounts. jilko will not be liable for any loss arising from technical malfunctions. In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds, prices, or game outcomes, jilko reserves the right to void affected wagers and restate results.

5.4 RNG Games

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilko Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Allowing any third party to access or use your jilko Account;

jilko's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, regardless of the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jilko Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilko's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by jilko is governed by the jilko Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your jilko Account at any time by contacting jilko customer support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your Account (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by jilko

jilko reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

13.1 Dispute Resolution

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may request escalation to jilko's Compliance and Disputes team. jilko will provide a final response within 30 days of receiving an escalated complaint.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms, except as otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

jilko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilko will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by contacting registered players via the email address on file.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at jilko.club/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
